I am a photographer concentrating on still life, landscape, and portraiture. I opened my studio in 1998 after six years as a freelance photojournalist.
I earned an MFA from Vermont College of Visual Arts and a B.A. from New England College, West Sussex.
My still life work offers an intimate look at previously unphotographed rare manuscripts, among them Beethoven's sketchbooks and Emily Dickinson's letters.
My landscape work -- often printed on stone through a heat transfer process -- explores a spare and serene Midwestern landscape -- undulating hills and cloudy blue skies.
